The appraisers at this place are absolutely horrible. They act like they are doing a whole home inspection as part of the appraisal. They call out the most ridiculous repairs to be done like painting a wall. So ridiculous, it sucks that you can't choose your appraiser when it comes time to closing a deal through a lender and it all goes through a 3rd party but these guys have been absolutely horrible with the way they call out repairs. My home inspector called out less repairs than them...

Is a wonderful Appraiser to work with. Keeps all parties updated, and complete appraisals on a super fast timeline. Very good at Communicating And answering any questions regarding an appraisal. One of the best I’ve worked with!

When time was of the essence and I needed an appraisal for immigration, Gregg really showed up for me. From answering the phone, which isn't to common anymore, to being friendly and professional, he was great and super fast.There is no room for error with immigration and Gregg nailed it!
